PTSD Hero comics-Animated edition

The Stranger Returns series is now fully animated! That's right, the comic book trilogy-turned web series are now standalone videos. Produced in partnership with Landing Strong, The two episodes (about 16 min each) are highlighted in these screengrabs. YouTube videos below!

A dawn raid is the setting which introduces Jay, still at his job in the forces. His brothers-in-arms are family, and present a striking contrast to his wife and son back home.

While young, capable, and at the start of it all, Jay is proud of his service career. With each deployment though, a little bit of him is left behind. Jay begins to notice an erosion of his sense of self. 

Multiple deployments and surviving tragedy leave him with operational stress injuries. Eventually, the man who comes home is a stranger, to both himself and his family.
